Process
Over 40
years of experience in the construction field, Floyd Ehmann
president of F-E and his staff possess a
wealth of information. This information is used to determine the
best course of action when bidding a project. Our bids are
treated with the utmost of care and incorporate all of the
requirements so that the job will be done right. Emphasis is
placed on gaining all of the necessary information prior to the
bid date so that changes will have as little impact on the
project as possible.
Working with
Subcontractors, Designers,
and Owner Agencies
After we get the contract, F-E
pursues developing working relationships with our
subcontractors, the project design team and the owner. These
relationships create an avenue of communication that smoothes
the submittal and construction processes. Potential problems are
recognized as early as possible and dealt with professionally.
