Scope: This project consisted of office and a heavy equipment maintenance shop totaling 13,000sf on a 4acre piece of property. Improvements include state of the art shop with extensive electrical and mechanical systems. Project consisted of eight large equipment bays, including 2 wash bays, men and women’s locker rooms, administrative offices, conference room & break room. Site improvements included extensive removal of unsuitable soils, head bolts heaters and lighting, paving & RAP, fencing, fuel tank & landscaping.

Scope: This project consisted of a 26,848 sf 2-story headquarters building with an attached gear storage facility for the Air Force Reserve, 477th Fighter Group. The building is a command headquarters consisting of administrative, logistical, and operational medical center. During the construction phase there were zero medical recordable injuries with lost time and a total of 57,000 hours worked under this contract. F-E received a safety award from the Corps of Engineers and has been nominated for Contractor of the Year for this project. This was an 8(a) set-aside competative bid project.

The apartment homes are designed for ADA Accessibility and all amentities and appliances in them are top quality. The site is located adjacent to downtown wasilla and in close proximity to local shopping and wasilla lake.

Scope: The project consists of the upgrade and construction of new Gate House security offices, Reception and Pass Area to the existing Gate-house facility. This project included construction of a 24x24 addition to the existing operational pass areas, selective demolition, and interior upgrade to the main building areas with new doors, jambs, cabinets and counters, interior walls finishes, mechanical and electrical systems with additional covered building entrance canopies. This project also incorporated a new elevated 55x52 vehicle entrance canopy to the main base entrance area.
