Scope: Approximate 33,000 sf, two story plus basement, senior citizen center/administrative office. Consisting of a CFI Block foundation, steel and wood framed structure with an AEP Span Metal Roof. The first floor will have an 1800 sf state of the art kitchen with a 250 sf walk in cooler on the first floor and a 1700 sf custom walk in freezer in the basement. There is also a 2000 sf CMU maintenance shop with four bays for maintaining the transportation fleet. With interior finishes ranging from textured drywall to a custom Quarry tile.
